Tongue scrape

A simple and quick way to improve your gut health- first thing in the morning, scrape all the ick off your tongue and keep it out of your gut!

Use a stainless street tongue scraper and scrape from the back of your tongue forward several times before eating/drinking anything when you wake up (there’ll be no going back once you’ve seen all the gross come off!
